Legs, Glutes & abs

This class targets legs, glutes and the core muscles. Keeping some basic exercises in class such as squats, lunges and crunches but will vary the extra exercises each week which will help you learn different exercises and techniques so your body is kept alert and learning. This class will sometimes be held in the gym, outside or in the upstairs studio area. Running for 45 minutes you’ll get a balanced lower body workout from the instructor.
