Upper body

A class designed to work the muscles of the upper body, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps back and abdominal. Performed either in a studio circuit class or gym circuit you’ll be sure of a varied class each week. Using the gym equipment is a great way to gain knowledge and confidence in how to use different equipment and get the results you’re aiming for.  This class runs for 45 minutes and is low to medium impact, suitable for anyone.
